Return Eligibility

You may return unused and unopened candles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging
• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@vorgalinexleia.world with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
